Stock Transfer Delivery

The Stock Transfer Delivery feature in DreamzCMMS allows organizations to efficiently manage the movement of equipment, tools, and spare parts between different facilities or locations. It provides a structured workflow for creating, tracking, and completing stock delivery orders, ensuring that every transfer is documented, transparent, and accurately recorded. With this feature, users can quickly initiate new deliveries, specify source and destination points, add items, include instructions, and maintain a complete history of all stock movements improving inventory control and operational coordination.

Follow these steps:

1. From the menu click on Stock Transfer and then click on Stock Transfer Delivery List.

2. From the listing click on New Stock Transfer Delivery.

3. Stock Transfer Delivery creation page in DreamzCMMS lets users create a new stock delivery by selecting the source and destination locations, choosing the issue type, adding items with quantities, and entering any additional notes. Once completed, the user can save the delivery to record the stock movement.
