Overview


Fixed Asset reports are accessible from the Reporting section in the left-hand navigation menu. Unlike other reporting categories, Fixed Asset reports support both Excel and PDF export options, giving you flexibility in how you share and present depreciation data. A search function is also available within each report, allowing you to quickly locate a specific asset.

How to Access Fixed Asset Reports


Step 1 – Navigate to Reporting


From the left-hand menu, click on Reporting. You will be taken to the reporting page.


Step 2 – Locate the Fixed Assets Section


On the reporting page, find the Fixed Assets section. Several depreciation-related reports are available here.


Step 3 – Open a Report


Click on the report you want to view. Each report displays depreciation information for your fixed assets, including:

  • Depreciation Method – The method used to calculate depreciation for each asset
  • Depreciation Start Date – The date from which depreciation began
  • Asset Lifespan – The expected useful life of the asset
  • Year-wise Depreciated Value – A breakdown of the depreciation value for each year of the asset's life


Step 4 – Search for a Specific Asset


Use the search option within the report to locate a specific asset quickly without scrolling through the full list.


Step 5 – Export the Report


Each Fixed Asset report can be exported in Excel or PDF format. Choose the appropriate format based on your needs — Excel for further data analysis, or PDF for formal reporting and sharing.
