Location Wise Dispatch Report

The Location Wise Dispatch Report provides a comprehensive view of asset and product dispatch activities categorized by source and destination locations, captured through RFID scanning. It helps organizations track outbound movements and confirm successful receipt, ensuring accuracy and accountability across facilities.

This report is structured into Dispatch and Receive sections. It displays key details such as the scan code, source facility, total assets dispatched, scanned and missing quantities, dispatch date, responsible user, destination facility, receipt details, mismatch comments, and status. Integration fields like Sales Order numbers and SAP export options support enterprise-level reconciliation.

With Excel, PDF, and SAP-compatible export options, the report supports logistics tracking, inventory reconciliation, audit verification, and compliance reporting. Overall, it ensures location-wise visibility of dispatched assets, reduces discrepancies, and strengthens control over inter-facility movements.

1. From the menu click on Reports.

2. From the Reports page under RFID Asset Tracking click on Location wise Dispatch Report.
