Location Wise Scan Report

The Location Wise Scan Report provides a detailed summary of RFID or QR-based asset scans performed at different locations. It helps users verify asset presence, confirm successful scans, and identify missing or misplaced assets during location-wise audits.

This report displays key information such as the scan code, location, department, building, room, product details, scan type, total assets scanned, successfully verified assets, missing asset count, scan date and time, and the user who performed the scan. The breakdown between successful and missing assets enables quick verification of audit accuracy.

With Excel and PDF export options, the report supports inventory audits, compliance verification, asset reconciliation, and operational reporting. Overall, it ensures accurate location-based asset validation and improves control over asset tracking across facilities.
