Asset Move Out Report

The Asset Move Out Report provides a complete record of all assets that have been moved out of a facility using RFID scanning. It helps organizations track outbound asset movements securely and maintain accurate logs for accountability and audit purposes.

This report displays key details such as the movement type, source location, customer, reference order number, scanned quantity, scan method, operation source, responsible system or user, and the date of the move-out. Automated movements, such as auto scan or RFID service–triggered actions, are clearly identified for transparency.

With Excel and PDF export options, the report supports inventory reconciliation, outbound tracking, compliance audits, and secure asset transfer verification. Overall, it ensures full visibility and control over assets leaving a facility, reducing the risk of unauthorized or untracked movements.

Steps:

1. From the menu click on Reports.

2. From the Reports page under RFID Asset Tracking click on Asset Move Out Report
