Configure Price Book For Services And Materials
This tutorial guides you through setting up a price book for services and materials in Dreamzcmms.
You will learn how to create, customize, and save a new price book to manage your service and
material pricing effectively.
02 Navigate to Price Book
Open Services and Materials
Click Services & Materials to view and manage service and material price entries.
Click New Price Book to start creating a new pricing list.
Select the status for the price book such as OK, Need Repair, Damaged, Deleted, Move Out (Sell), or Not Found.
Click the Name field to specify the price book's title.
Enter your price book name to identify it, for example, Kitchen mixie.
Select a category such as Appliances, Calibration Tool, Carpet Cleaning, Electrical, Installation, or Parts and Supplies.
Fill in the selected category to classify the price book items.
Click to choose the service type from options like Custom Services, Diagnose and Repair, Install, Repair, or Service Call.
Fill in the selected service type to specify the nature of services included.
12 Fill up the financial tab with the details
In this Tab fill up the necessary details likes Price, cost Unit etc.
Click Save to store the new price book with all specified details.
Click Price Book Details to review the information and settings of the saved price book.
Click Show QR Code to generate and view the QR code linked to the price book.
Click × to close the QR code display and return to the price book details.
Click on the Price Book List button to go back to the service and maintenance list
