The Lead List in DreamzFSM is your pipeline hub, showing every lead in a clean table with key details — company, contact, lead code, address, source, status, category, industry, rating, owner, and active status — so you can gauge quality and accountability at a glance.



Overview


The Lead List in DreamzFSM gives you full visibility of your sales pipeline in one centralized view. You can create records with Add New Lead or bulk-upload via Import Lead, search quickly, and switch table views. Sorting by any column helps prioritize work (e.g., by Status, Owner, or Source), and the right-side action icons let you view, edit, add notes/activities, convert the lead, or delete — all without leaving the list. Together, these controls make it easy to capture, qualify, and route leads while tracking performance across owners and marketing sources.

Steps to Use the Lead List


Step 1 – Navigate to the Lead List


From the menu, click on Pipeline and then click on Lead.



Step 2 – Review Lead Details in the List


The lead list opens with a detailed table displaying key information for each lead, including company, contact, lead code, address, source, status (New, Qualified, Junk, Follow-up Later), category, industry, rating, owner, and active status.



Step 3 – Use the Action Buttons


The list includes several action buttons for each lead on the right side: Convert, Edit, View, and Delete. These allow you to manage leads directly from the list without navigating away.



Step 4 – Search for Leads


You can quickly locate any lead using the Search option available on the right side of the lead list.




Tips for Using the Lead List


  • Use the Import Lead option to bulk-upload leads from a file, saving time when onboarding a large number of prospects at once.
  • Sort the list by Status, Owner, or Source to quickly prioritize follow-up actions and identify which leads need attention.
  • Use the Rating and Industry columns to segment and focus on high-value prospects first, improving your team's conversion efficiency.
  • The Convert action button allows you to convert a qualified lead into a customer or opportunity directly from the list — keeping your pipeline moving without extra navigation.
  • Regularly update lead Status (New, Qualified, Junk, Follow-up Later) to maintain an accurate and actionable pipeline view for your entire team.
  • Use the Search field to quickly locate specific leads by name, company, or other identifiers, especially when managing large volumes of pipeline records.
