Before You Begin
Make sure you have access to the Work Orders module in DreamzCMMS.
Confirm work orders are created with valid details (priority, due dates, assignees) so dashboard tiles and charts populate correctly.
How to Access the Work Order Dashboard
Step 1 — Navigate to Work Orders
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Work Orders to open the Work Order Dashboard.

Step 2 — Understand Dashboard Elements
Once on the Work Order Dashboard, you’ll see the following key components:
Quick Actions
Buttons/shortcuts to go to Work Order List, Create Work Order, Rejected Orders, Scheduled Maintenance, Workflow Automation, Checklists, and Work Order Map View.
Filters & Shortcuts
Facility filters, Quick Work Order links, or jump-to-Calendar options help you refine what you’re viewing.
Key Counters (Tiles)
Tiles showing counts for Overdue, Closed, Emergency, and Open work orders — giving you a picture of current volumes at a glance.
Status Chart
A pie chart visualizing the distribution of work orders by status (e.g., Open, Assigned, In Progress, Closed/Completed, Requested).
This Week Panel
Rolling list of work orders due This Week, Pending, or Late with due dates so you know what’s urgent.
Recent Activity
A “Top 5 Recent Work Orders” table with status, assignees, dates, and quick actions for fast follow-up.
Trend Graph
