This section walks you through how to create a smart checklist via the web portal and apply it within a work order.
Type a title like “AC Repair,” and our AI auto-generates a full checklist with tasks, tags, and settings. Use it in work orders and field jobs—everything syncs seamlessly to the mobile app for technicians.

Steps to Create an AI-Generated Checklist
From the Web Portal:
Navigate to the Checklist Module from the main menu.
Click on “AI-Powered Checklist Generation.”
In the pop-up window, enter a Checklist Title and a Description (e.g., AC Repair Checklist).
(Optional) Select parameters like Industry Type, Asset Type, or Frequency.
Click “Generate Checklist.”
The system will redirect you to the Checklist Management Screen with auto-filled:
