The Job Service Configuration settings in DreamzCMMS manage the automation and scheduling of job reports and follow-up services to streamline operations. Here’s an overview:

1. Monthly Job Report Service Configuration:

  • Enables monthly job service emails.
  • Allows sending emails to admin and technicians.
  • Specifies admin email and the mail send date (e.g., 19th of the month).

2. Daily Job Report Service Configuration:

  • Enables daily job service emails.
  • Configures the time for email dispatch (e.g., 10:00 AM).
  • Defines admin email recipients.

3. Automated Job Service Configuration:

  • Automates job scheduling for consistent follow-ups.
  • Defines job title (e.g., "Covering the Customer Base") and tags (e.g., "Follow-Up").
  • Describes the job process:
    • Visits without action turn a RED DOT into a YELLOW DOT.
    • Visits with an order or payment collection turn a RED DOT into a GREEN DOT.
  • Includes internal notes for reoccurring scheduling and reporting to stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Automation: Reduces manual effort in sending job reports and scheduling visits.
  • Improved Tracking: Enhances visibility of job statuses through DOT system.
  • Streamlined Communication: Ensures timely reporting to admins, technicians, and directors.

This configuration ensures better organization, improved follow-ups, and streamlined job management in field operations.

From the menu click on Settings and then click All Settings.
