The Lead Category Master in DreamzCMMS helps manage lead categories by allowing users to create, edit, or delete categories with details like code, name, description, and status. It improves lead segmentation, organization, and tracking, enhancing the overall sales process.

From the menu click on Settings and then click on All Settings.
At the Settings page scroll down to CRM and then click on Lead Category.
Upon clicking, you will see the following lead category master.
