The Lead Status Master in DreamzCMMS helps manage and organize lead statuses in the sales process. Users can create, edit, and delete statuses with details like code, name, parent status, and description. The module includes a searchable list of statuses and allows customization to fit business workflows, improving lead tracking and sales efficiency.
From the menu, click on Settings and then click on All Settings.
From the Settings page, go to CRM and then click on Lead Status.
Upon clicking, the lead status master will appear where you can add the lead status based on your requirement and Save.
