Creating a job directly from the Dispatch Calendar streamlines scheduling by allowing quick assignment of tasks to technicians, ensuring efficient time management and easy tracking of appointments.

To open the calendar in DreamzCMMS, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Jobs menu.
Click on the Dispatch Calendar option.
The calendar view page will open, displaying all technician assignments, including their week-offs and leaves. This view helps you:
Plan tasks based on current technician assignments.
Assign tasks directly from the calendar.
Book slots within the calendar.
Additionally, the calendar provides a list of unassigned tasks, allowing you to plan and assign them according to technician availability.
At the top-left of the calendar, there is a status bar providing a quick view of the job statuses for the current day and the week.
