Create Rental Invoice from Mobile App

A technician or maintenance user can create an invoice from the mobile app. To create asset rental invoice, it needs to follow the below steps,

• Tap on more option

• Select Invoice

• Tap on tiny plus (+) sign on top right

• Fill up the required data like dates, title, work order and others

• Create customer using tiny plus (+) sign or select customer from dropdown

• Check on the box if the billing and shipping addresses are same

• Select the cost details like asset as rent date range

• Select the other cost like any spare parts, miscellaneous costs if required

• Fill up the payment details and tap on pay button to pay online

• Sign using finger on mobile app

• If you tap on pay button, it will ask for payment details

• Add note and recommendation

• Tap on attach file to add any type of of files

• Check on the checkboxes for notification

• Tap on save button save the invoice

• Tap on complete button for completing the payment after save
