A technician or maintenance user can create an invoice from the mobile app. To create asset rental invoice, it needs to follow the below steps,
Tap on more option
Select Invoice
Tap on tiny plus (+) sign on top right
Fill up the required data like dates, title, work order and others
Create customer using tiny plus (+) sign or select customer from dropdown
Check on the box if the billing and shipping addresses are same
Select the cost details like asset as rent date range
Select the other cost like any spare parts, miscellaneous costs if required
Fill up the payment details and tap on pay button to pay online
Sign using finger on mobile app
If you tap on pay button, it will ask for payment details
Add note and recommendation
Tap on attach file to add any type of of files
Check on the checkboxes for notification
Tap on save button save the invoice
Tap on complete button for completing the payment after save
