Manage/Import Asset Location

If you have your facility data ready then download the sample file from the system and prepare your import sheet by putting the data in the corresponding column. Go to the Asset menu, it will open a collapsible menu list, there from click on Facilities. The list of Facilities will be visible at the right pane.

1. Click on More at top right corner.Click on Location Import submenu.

2. You will be navigated to a similar page.

3. You can download the sample excel file from here.

4. Once your excel file is ready, click on Choose a file to upload.

5. Next click on Import. After the import is done, you will be asked to map the columns in the system with the ones present in excel. If the mapping is correct then you can save by clicking on Map Columns and Import and the locations will be imported to your system.
