Before You Begin
Ensure you have access to the Checklists module in DreamzCMMS.
Be ready to choose or filter checklist templates based on industry, type, or maintenance use case.

How to Use the Global Checklist Library
Step 1 — Open the Checklists Menu
From the left navigation menu, click Checklists to open the checklist management screen.
Step 2 — Access the Global Library
In the checklist options, click on the Use a Template icon. This opens the Global Checklist Library, where pre-built checklists are listed for your review.

Step 3 — Preview Available Checklists
Once the Global Library opens:
Browse through available templates.
Use the Search button to filter checklists based on Industry or Type so you find relevant ones quickly.
Click Preview to view checklist content before using it.
Step 4 — Copy a Checklist
If you find a checklist suitable for your needs:
Click Copy next to the checklist you want to use.
This saves a copy of the template into your own checklist library.
You can then edit or customize it further as needed.

The copied checklist appears in your Checklist Library and can be attached to work orders or scheduled tasks.
