Here is a reference video:
1.From the Dashboard click on plus icon and click on Request on the footer as shown in the image below.
2. Fill in the necessary details for creating a new request.
4.After adding relevant details click on Save.
5. On Saving the Request will be added to the Requests listing page. You can see the requests by clicking on the Request Tab on the footer. Also when a technician is submitting a Request from the app it will be shown on the web portal as well.
6. Tapping on View Details you will be able to the request details.
7. Tapping on the Message icon will allow you to chat with the admin.
