How to Add a new Customer and View Customer List?

Hello, and welcome to this training session.

In this video, you'll learn how to view the customer list and add a new customer using the mobile application.

First, to see all customers, tap on the "Customer" section, which displays every customer added to the system. By tapping the map icon, you can view a customer's location and access their details.

To find a specific customer, enter information such as the customer name, code, email address, phone number, or address. The system will automatically search for and display matching customers in the list.


Tapping "View Details" takes you to the customer's details screen. In the general tab, you can see the customer type, contact information, currency, status, and main address. The map section shows the customer's location, and the address tab lists all their addresses. If the customer has multiple addresses, they'll all appear here.

For job-related information, tap the work order job tab to see all jobs created for that customer. Selecting a job brings you to the job details screen. In the invoice tab, you can view and, if incomplete, edit related invoices, and access the invoice log. Completed invoices cannot be edited.


In the quotation tab, you can view and edit active quotations. Closed quotations are viewable, and associated job numbers are displayed. If the customer has notes, you can see them in the notes section and add new notes, including attaching files.

To add a new customer, tap the plus icon to open the new customer screen. Enter the customer code, company name, contact person information, address, and shipping address. In the other section, select the customer's currency and enable customer portal access if needed. After saving, the new customer is added to the system and will appear in the customer list.


From the more section, you can also access the customer list by tapping on "Customer."
