Preparing Estimates & Options Sheet

Here is a reference video:



  1. In order to prepare estimates & options sheets, you have to click on the “Estimation” sub-header on the left side of the screen under Projects.




  1. When you click on the Quotation sub-header you will be guided to the Quotation listing page. You have to click on the “NEW Quotation” button on the top right corner to create a New Quotation






  1. In order to create a new quotation you have to fill in the Quotation Code & other required details. On filling the customer name, the other details of the customers will be auto-filled



  1. In order to create a quotation for a service, you can go to “Services” and fill in details like service type and charges. If you are offering multiple services, than you can click on “Add Services” button and add the service details


















  1.  We can also add signatures required for quotation for approval and completion, Under Notes and summary you can select if the quotation is to be shown to the customer panel and personnel who would receiving the email notification



  1. When we click on the save option as highlighted on the above screen then your quotation will be saved.

  2. You can also add various options to your quotation by clicking on the Add Option button.
