Managing the Number of Open Jobs for Technicians

To set the number of open jobs displayed for each technician on the calendar, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Settings option from the menu and click on All Settings.

2. Under Configuration, select System Configuration.

3. Go to the Dispatch Board Setup.

4. Under Open Job Count, set the number of open jobs each technician can see on the calendar.

5. Use the Is Allowed on Calendar option to set whether a technician will be visible on the calendar.

6. Click Save.
