Rearranging Technician Order on the Calendar

To change the order in which technicians appear on the calendar, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Settings option from the menu and click on All Settings.

2. Under Configuration, select System Configuration.

3. Navigate to the Dispatch Board Setup.

4. Under Display Order, set the desired order for the technicians on the Dispatch Calendar.

5. Click Save.
