Hello, and welcome to this training session. To start with we will understand why the Timesheet Feature is important within FSM software.

The timesheet feature in FSM software is essential for accurate time tracking, compliance with labor laws, efficient payroll processing, optimal resource management, and cost control. It boosts productivity by providing performance insights and ensures accurate client billing. Additionally, timesheet data supports data-driven decision-making and future planning.

In this video, I will guide you on how to use the timesheet feature. First, select "Timesheet" from the menu. This opens the timesheet interface where you can record check-in and check-out times for yourself and other technicians. When you check in, you can set a check-in message, and the system will automatically log the time. After completing your work, whether at home or your workplace, you can check out by selecting a check-out message, which can be customized in the settings as demonstrated earlier.

For instance, if you're taking a short break, choose the appropriate message and save it to the system.

If you work overtime, you can submit an overtime request in the designated section. Here, you can specify the reason, and the system will automatically log the time, adding it to the request list. You can review these requests, add notes, and accept them if needed. Once accepted, you can navigate to the OT approval request section to view and verify the details. After checking the admin notes, you can close the window.

Lastly, for approving timesheets of employees, go to the timesheet approval request section. By clicking the approve button, you can approve the timesheet of any employee.

Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the Timesheet section in our FSM application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
