See jobs the way you like calendar, kanban, map, or table and switch views to match your scheduling, dispatch, or reporting task.

Calendar View – Schedule at a glance by day/week/month with technician lanes. See color-coded statuses, spot gaps, and drag to reschedule or open a job.
Kanban View – Pipeline of jobs by status (Draft, Open, Assigned, In Progress, Completed, etc.). Drag cards between columns to update status; open a card for details/actions.
Map View – Geo view of job sites and tech locations for route planning and proximity dispatch; filter by tech, date, or facility and assign right from the map.
Table/List View – Spreadsheet-style list with powerful search, filters, and bulk actions. Great for exports, audits, and quick edits.

Use the view switcher to jump between them and manage work the way that’s fastest for you.

Follow these steps:

1. From the menu click on Jobs and then click on Schedule.

2. The Jobs Calendar view will open up. On top-left you will see a dropdown from where you can change the view.
