Hello, and welcome to this training session. To start with we will understand why the receive feature is essential for businesses.

The receive feature is crucial for businesses because it ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. It helps prevent overstocking or stock-outs, reduces errors, and enables compliance with regulations. By streamlining receiving processes, businesses can save time and costs, improve supply chain visibility, and mitigate risks associated with damaged or faulty goods.

In this tutorial, I'll guide you through the receiving process of our RFID application. After initiating a dispatch, it's crucial to receive the corresponding items at their destination. To begin, click on the "Receive" navigation tab and select the relevant location. The system will automatically display the dispatch reference number.

Next, you'll have the option to start scanning. Within this interface, you'll find three scanning options: single scan, multi-scan, and the barcode QR code scanner. For demonstration purposes, I'll choose the barcode QR code scanner. With this selected, I'll proceed to scan each item. As both items are valid, they will appear on the screen.

If any items have already been received, they will be listed in the "Already Received" section. Items scanned that don't belong to this dispatch will be categorized under "Other."

You'll then have the choice to either accept or reject the scanned items. Rejecting an item means it remains at the dispatch location, whereas accepting it moves the asset to the designated destination.

Upon clicking "Accept," a message with the received reference number will be displayed. This concludes the process of receiving items through our module.

This streamlined explanation should help users navigate the receive module seamlessly.

Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the Receive Feature in our RFID application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
